Jason has been a senior executive with Forms+Surfaces for 15 years, overseeing it’s Global Corporate Supply Chain. While working extensively with global partners, Jason has gained intimate knowledge of the vast pallet of Forms+Surfaces materials, capabilities, and machine technologies. That knowledge, combined with his Industrial Engineering background, help him guide the integration of Cornelius’ rich history in environmental graphic design with Forms+Surfaces’ proven ability to fabricate high-design products for public space.

Darlene has been a part of Cornelius Signage for over 35 years, and has helped establish our identity. Her leadership and ability to develop long lasting partnerships has been integral in establishing Cornelius as a leader in the signage industry. Her long tenure running operations and production at Cornelius positions her perfectly to engage, facilitate, and manage our customers’ needs and expectations.

Jason utilizes his extensive and diverse background in design, planning, estimating, manufacturing and quality to lead a talented team of Designers and Project Managers. Jason has a passion for process improvement, integration of new technologies and processes and the application of engineering principles to enable quality driven, cost effective and viable design and manufacturing.

Matt has a 30 year history in production management in multiple industries including food and retail distribution. Driven by a passion to meet and exceed customer expectations, Matt is integral in leading our production force to execute production plans, quality, and schedule. His untiring work ethic combined with an internal drive to meet the plan make him the perfect leader for Cornelius’ production team.

Gary is a trained architect from Carnegie Mellon University and brings his 35+ years of sign design and planning knowledge and experience to his role as Sr. Manager of Wayfinding Innovation. For 28 years of his career he established and oversaw Architectural Sign Associates, a SEGD Design + Planning firm that specialized in complex signage solutions. His portfolio of 300+ projects includes Healthcare, Academic, Corporate, Hospitality, and Governmental facilities worldwide. By combining his understanding of client expectations, user experience, sign planning and fabrication, he helps to guide project success for Cornelius Signage.

Chris has been the head of sourcing for Forms+Surfaces for the past decade, and is an integral part of identifying the unique materials, key partners, materials development, and machine technologies that establish Forms+Surfaces and Cornelius as an industry innovator. During his time on sourcing teams at both Apple and Nokia on key products, Chris developed keen sourcing skills helping him identify high-end partners and materials – it is this unique skill set that make Chris a tremendous asset for our CS Innovate projects.

Jeanlousie comes to Cornelius with an Industrial Design degree from Philadelphia University and has a rich portfolio of product designs in public space. Her unique eye for design, combined with a passion for research-driven products make Jeanlousie the perfect fit to lead our innovative modular wayfinding designs, as well as serving as the key interface for our customers to bring their concepts to reality.

Rick brings 40 years of combined experience in the patternmaking and sign manufacturing industries. He began his career as an apprentice patternmaker in the steel industry, eventually taking those skills to Cornelius Architectural Products, Inc. in 1986 as a fabricator to build patterns for signage castings. Rick’s vast fabricating experience, combined with his keen attention to detail and quality, make him the perfect lead fabricator on our CS Innovate projects. With his skills and experience, he can lead the way to bring our customers’ concepts to a fabrication reality.

Sandra has more than 20 years of experience in the building products industry, including spending the past 15 years developing and managing Forms+Surfaces’ industry leading sustainability program. With her Industrial Engineering background, and as a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), Sandra can engage with our customers on many levels, and her broad range of experience has allowed for a fluency in the needs of both internal and external customers. Her passion for the environment as well as the guiding principles of industrial engineering have served as the basis for a comprehensive approach to the needs of customers, co-workers and local communities alike.

Jennifer has more than 15 years of customer service experience under her belt, across several different industries. Since joining Cornelius in 2017, Jennifer has further honed her ability to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the business. Jennifer’s positive approach, combined with a unique drive to meet the needs of our clients, makes Jennifer the perfect fit to act as the liaison between our customers and our internal team.

Emily comes to Cornelius with a background in Multimedia and Graphic design. That background, combined with her ability to organize data and information, as well as a contagiously positive personality make her a great asset to our clients as she helps guide customer orders through our shop in an expedient manner to meet their expectations.

Zach possesses a collection of experiences from several industries, including the visual arts, graphic design, and commercial art. He holds a Master’s of Fine Arts, as well as an undergraduate degree in Fine Art. With over 11 years of experience in commercial art and design, Zach has filled the roles of Professional Artist, Adjunct Professor, Professional Muralist, Graphic Designer, Project Manager, and his work includes nationally recognized visual artwork, public projects for the City of Columbus, Ohio, and custom designs for clients such as Wendy’s International, Limited Brands, and the Walt Disney Company.

Bethany joined the Cornelius Signage team over seven years ago and and her strong ambition and background in Graphic Design Management has helped her continually advance the course of her career with us and is now a Senior Project Manager. Bethany exhibits many attributes of an effective Project Manager and has an extensive comprehension of design. As Cornelius’s goto Project Manager for our hospitality customers, Bethany is a great asset for both Cornelius as well as our customers.

Maiti recently earned her BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has experience as a Project Manager Industrial Engineer with FedEx Ground in the Innovation and Technology Research Department. She utilizes her industrial engineering background with continuous improvement initiatives and is a certified UL Engineer. Maiti’s background lends itself perfectly to Cornelius’s CS Innovate Projects.

Laura is a multi-skilled, creative professional with over fifteen years of project management experience within the architectural solutions industry. Having managed many large-scale interior FF&E projects prior to joining the Cornelius team, she understands the unique challenges that each project site can present and how to stay ahead of those challenges. She describes herself as a professional problem-solver who is driven to deliver quality results for her clients.

Sarah has a background in Economics, and works within our quote department to provide custom wayfinding packages to our clients, and offers unique design solutions as a classically business-minded individual. Sarah’s methodical approach to her work provides her the opportunity to find cost effective value-added solutions for our customers while keeping their projects within the desired budget.

Ron has two degrees from Vanderbilt University; a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc. in Metallurgy. After graduation, Ron co-invented and patented several machines for separating metals, plastics and glass from solid waste. He became VP of Global Sales and sold recycling equipment in the US, Japan, Australia, Italy, Germany and the UK. Ron has been in the architectural sign business for 25 years. His engineering background is invaluable when working with clients on complex designs and installations.
